FP&A – Business Partner (H/F) | Groupe international sous LBO | Hauts-de-Seine

Nacco is seeking a Finance Business Partner for an international group supported by an investment fund, located in Hauts-de-Seine, France. The role involves constructing budgets, reforecasts, and financial plans while conducting scenario analyses to support decision-making for the CFO and operational teams. Responsibilities also include analyzing revenue, margin, and cash drivers, as well as modeling business cases related to pricing, new offerings, productivity, investments, and value creation plans. The position will contribute to M&A projects, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration, and will require the structuring of forward-looking KPIs and automation of reporting processes. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Transaction Services, preferably with exposure to industrial SMEs or inventory-related activities. Strong skills in financial modeling, performance analysis, accounting, and cash management are essential. Proficiency in Excel and professional English is required, with familiarity in Power BI and AI tools for finance being advantageous. This role is ideal for someone looking to transition from a consulting background to an operational FP&A position, closely aligned with business decisions and strategic projects.
