Customer Engineer - Melbourne

NCR Voyix is seeking a Customer Engineer to work remotely in Melbourne. The role involves diagnosing and repairing SelfServ Checkouts, POS terminals, and other NCR products, along with managing parts and organization. Candidates will engage in continuous training, both online and in-person, and must be prepared for autonomous work in various settings, including field and office environments. The position may require significant travel, including interstate trips, and the ability to carry and lift tools and parts weighing between 1 to 20 kg. Applicants should have experience in PC hardware and software repair, with a preference for those who have worked with electro-mechanical devices and SelfServe Checkout repairs. A valid NMI Verification Licence is considered advantageous. Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
