Senior Product Designer

Nextiva is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance customer experiences through innovative design on their Unified Customer Experience platform. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the entire product design process, from initial discovery to final delivery, across both desktop and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to address complex customer challenges using modern design techniques, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted workflows. The position requires a strong background in product design, with an emphasis on creating impactful user experiences. While the role is primarily remote, candidates located within 40 miles of the Scottsdale headquarters are expected to work onsite four days a week to foster collaboration.
