Operations Manager/ Farsi speaking

Nexttoptech is seeking an Operations Manager who is fluent in Farsi to join their team in Yerevan. The role involves overseeing operations performance, business development, and payment solutions, with a focus on establishing standardized KPIs and dashboards for management visibility. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Finance, along with professional experience in operations, fintech, or financial services. Strong analytical skills are essential, as the role requires working with large datasets to derive actionable insights. Familiarity with CRM systems, BI tools like Power BI, and advanced Excel skills are also important. The position demands excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, as well as project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English and Farsi is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
