Backend Software Engineer
Northflank is seeking a backend software engineer to enhance their innovative cloud platform, which supports developers in creating scalable, full-stack applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend systems and APIs, optimizing database performance, and maintaining a microservices architecture. Collaboration with front-end developers and DevOps teams is essential, as is participation in code reviews and technical discussions. Candidates should have over three years of experience in backend development and be proficient in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Node.js. A strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as RESTful APIs and microservices, is required. The position is fully remote, with working hours aligned to UTC ± 2 hours.
