Delivery Manager

Oddball is seeking a Delivery Manager to support their VA team in enhancing the Veteran experience on VA.gov. The role involves collaborating with Product Managers and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Daily responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking delivery progress, identifying risks, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have experience managing software delivery in an Agile setting, preferably within federal programs, and familiarity with the VA.gov platform is advantageous. Strong facilitation skills are essential for guiding team discussions and fostering a collaborative environment. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence is also required. The position is fully remote, making it suitable for individuals who thrive in a collaborative online setting.
