Architect

Marfields Group is seeking an Architect to join their in-house design team for the St. Regis Residences Limassol project, a luxury development in Cyprus. The role involves developing and coordinating architectural designs for approximately 250 residences, focusing on custom layout changes requested by buyers. Daily tasks include creating architectural drawings and BIM models, documenting layout alterations, and collaborating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams. The position requires 3 to 5 years of architectural experience, preferably in luxury residential projects, along with a degree in architecture. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, and fluency in English is required. The role offers flexibility, allowing for a remote start with the possibility of relocating to Limassol later. Candidates with experience in high-end residential or hospitality projects, knowledge of Cyprus or EU permitting, and Greek language skills will be favored. This position is ideal for architects looking to work on a prestigious project in a dynamic environment.
