Senior Product Designer

About Onit We're redefining the future of legal operations through the power of AI. Our cutting-edge platform streamlines enterprise legal management, matter management, spend management and contract lifecycle processes, transforming manual workflows into intelligent, automated solutions. We’re a team of innovators using AI at the core to help legal departments become faster, smarter, and more strategic. If you're energized by meaningful work, love solving complex problems, and want to help modernize how legal teams operate, we’d love to meet you. Position Summary The Senior Product Designer is a highly skilled, hands-on contributor who plays a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across one or more products or initiatives. This role balances strong design craft with thoughtful problem-solving, collaborating closely with product management, engineering, and research to translate complex requirements into elegant, effective solutions. We expect you will bring an interest in AI, both as an integral tool for solving customer problems, but also in your everyday work. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own significant portions of the product experience end-to-end, from discovery through execution, while contributing to broader design strategy and standards. You’ll bring a user-first mindset, leverage data and research, and help raise design quality through collaboration, critique, and example. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at execution, enjoys solving complex UX challenges, and is ready to influence product direction without requiring broad organizational ownership.
