Head of Operations

Outpostnow is seeking a Head of Operations to streamline and enhance its operational processes. Initially, you will operate as a one-person team, directly addressing issues as they arise rather than relying on meetings. You will work closely with the CEO and founding team, influencing product development based on operational insights.
