People Operations Generalist

Overland AI is hiring a People Operations Generalist in Seattle to help run core HR work as the company grows. The role supports the full employee journey, including onboarding, performance management, manager guidance, employee relations, policy work, compliance, and offboarding, while also improving internal processes and using data to inform decisions. It sits on the People team and reports to the Senior People Ops Manager, with an on-site presence alongside the teams it supports.
