Senior AI Engineer (GTM)

Paddle is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their Data & AI team, focusing on collaboration with the Go-To-Market organization. In this role, you will design and develop AI-driven systems for tasks such as account segmentation, scoring, and detecting buying signals. You will also create automated workflows for account research and sales processes. The position requires strong technical skills, particularly in writing production-quality code, and the ability to transition from identifying business challenges to delivering practical solutions. While experience with Go-To-Market teams is beneficial, the emphasis is on problem-solving and system effectiveness. The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
