Director Product (m/w/d)

Pammys™ is hiring a Director Product to lead its product organisation in Hamburg and help turn market ideas into sellable footwear at the right time, quality, and cost. The role covers the full product flow from trend input and concept work through design, sourcing, sampling, costing, production, and final delivery, while also managing product development, merchandising, and footwear design. Day to day, the person will coordinate and guide the teams in these areas, build and maintain supplier and factory relationships with a strong focus on China, and handle direct negotiations with manufacturers on pricing, minimum order quantities, quality, capacity, lead times, and production terms.
