Director of Warehouse Operations

Passport is hiring a Director of Warehouse Operations in Elizabeth, NJ for a full-time on-site/hybrid role. The position will oversee its US processing and sorting network, support the launch of a larger New Jersey facility, and help introduce automation, better systems, and future international expansion. It reports to the COO and involves both hands-on operational leadership and longer-term planning for a growing logistics network. The role is aimed at someone who has already built or transformed warehouse or processing center operations and can lead teams through change and scale.
