Lead Accountant / AR Manager

Passport is hiring a remote Lead Accountant / AR Manager to join its finance team and take ownership of accounts payable, a defined part of the general ledger, and month-end close work. The role covers invoice processing, vendor and freight carrier payments, corporate card compliance, vendor setup, tax documents, and support for 1099 reporting, while also reviewing work from an AP Coordinator and an external data-entry resource. It suits someone who is very detail-focused, hands-on, and comfortable with both operational AP tasks and technical reconciliation work. The company also wants someone who can help improve processes and automation across QuickBooks Online, Tipalti, Bill.com, and Ramp.
