Risk Analyst

Pavago is seeking a Risk Analyst or Risk Manager for a remote position focused on identifying, assessing, and mitigating various types of risks, including financial, operational, compliance, and enterprise risks. The role involves developing risk frameworks, analyzing emerging threats, and enhancing internal controls to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Daily tasks include conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments, maintaining risk registers, and utilizing quantitative risk models with tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, and SAS. The analyst will perform various analyses, including stress testing and scenario analysis, to deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership. The position requires collaboration with multiple departments, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like SOX and GDPR. The role is designed for individuals who are analytical and detail-oriented, with a knack for translating complex risk data into practical business solutions. This is a full-time remote role, aligning with U.S. client business hours, and offers flexibility for reporting cycles and audits.
