Projektleiter Prozessoptimierung & Supply Chain (m/w/d)

This full-time position at pmX Group in Jena focuses on leading process optimization and supply chain initiatives. The role involves standardizing packaging and preparation workflows while analyzing root causes of errors, bottlenecks, and schedule deviations. You will drive the digitalization and automation of process control, specifically by evolving SAP-based concepts to replace manual solutions. Key responsibilities include reducing lead times, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing corrective and preventive measures. The position also requires improving process stability, delivery reliability, and quality through the introduction of new standards, key performance indicators, and monitoring systems. Candidates need a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, logistics, business administration, or a comparable field. Several years of experience in project management and leading complex change initiatives are mandatory. Strong knowledge of production, supply chain management, logistics, or packaging processes is essential, along with familiarity with SAP processes and digital solutions. Proficiency in Lean Management, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is required. Very good German language skills are necessary for this role.
