Sales Engineer

Postscript is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their fully remote team, which has been operating remotely since 2018. In this role, you will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to assist customers in realizing their conversational commerce goals. Your daily tasks will involve demonstrating advanced use cases to prospects, managing proof of concepts, and ensuring customers can implement effective SMS and email strategies. A strong understanding of the Postscript platform, its integrations, and API capabilities is essential for providing tailored solutions. You will also document customer requests and help shape the company's solutions engineering processes. The position requires expertise in the Postscript platform and the ability to extend customer strategies into email marketing. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy collaborating across teams and have a passion for technology and customer success. The position is open to candidates based anywhere in the US or Canada.
