PwC Tunisia is seeking a Senior Management Controller to enhance its Finance team and support management in performance monitoring. The role involves preparing, consolidating, and updating annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with operational teams. The successful candidate will track budget execution, analyze discrepancies between actual and forecasted results, and suggest appropriate action plans. Additionally, they will produce relevant reports and dashboards to aid decision-making while ensuring the reliability and quality of financial data. The position also includes participating in the continuous improvement of reporting tools and the automation of processes alongside Finance, Data, and IT teams. Candidates should possess a Bac+5 degree in Finance, Management Control, Data Analytics, or a related field, along with 5 to 8 years of experience in management control or financial analysis. Experience in a multi-site or consulting environment is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, Power BI, SQL, and Power Query is essential. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, along with rigor, autonomy, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset, are required. A good command of English, both written and spoken, is also necessary for this role.
