Heavy Equipment Mechanic Location: Taneytown, MD Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Starting Pay: $24.00/hour; higher pay may be available depending on experience, up to $35.00/hour Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair trucks, trailers, heavy machinery, and other motorized equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong diesel mechanical background, hands-on repair experience, and the ability to diagnose issues across multiple equipment systems. This position requires someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while coordinating with the Shop Foreman and other team members to keep equipment operating efficiently.
