Senior Technical Procurement Specialist- PCBs/ Electronics (m/f/d)

This position involves managing the complete lifecycle of printed circuit board sourcing, starting with request for quotation analysis and moving through purchase order creation, order tracking, and final delivery closure. The role requires translating engineering specifications into clear data packages for suppliers, which includes reviewing bills of materials, Gerber files, stackups, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy. You will build and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers, aligning on their capabilities and capacity while driving performance in cost, quality, and lead times, including conducting on-site visits. Key responsibilities also include running competitive bids, negotiating pricing and terms, and analyzing trade-offs related to volume and technology levels. The job demands active mitigation of supply and technical risks by monitoring material availability and proposing alternatives to prevent schedule delays.
