Associate, Strategic Finance

Ramp is hiring a full-time Associate, Strategic Finance for a remote role on its finance team. The position involves building financial and operational models, supporting planning and budgeting, developing KPIs and dashboards, and using analysis to guide decisions across product, go-to-market, and other business areas. It calls for strong financial judgment, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams and turn strategy into action. The role is aimed at someone with a builder mindset who can take on broad responsibility in a fast-moving, pre-IPO company.

ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp's Strategic Finance team sits at the center of how the company allocates its time and resources. We're hiring across three complementary tracks — and looking for people with sharp financial instincts, a builder's mindset, and the drive to take on a large scope quickly. Whether you lean toward GTM strategy, FP&A infrastructure, or broad strategic partnership, this is a rare opportunity to shape a pre-IPO company at a pivotal moment in its growth.
