Fullstack Developer

Rare Candy is seeking a Fullstack Developer to join their team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for developing tools that support warehouse management, inventory tracking, and the Instapacks business. You will collaborate closely with the CTO and the engineering team to deliver new features and solutions for operational challenges. The ideal candidate should have experience with GO and React, as well as a passion for solving logistical problems. This position is hands-on and requires a proactive approach to tackling real-world issues rather than working through a backlog of tasks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and be eager to learn from experienced backend engineers. The role is suited for individuals who have a strong interest in trading cards or collector communities. You will be expected to quickly familiarize yourself with existing tools and contribute meaningful improvements within your first few months. This position is full-time and based in the office.
