Part-time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Rebecca School in New York, NY, is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to support students aged 3 to 21 with neurodevelopmental delays using the DIRFloortime® model. In this role, you will provide both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing sensory motor, emotional, and functional skills. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations to assess student needs, documenting progress, and collaborating with educational teams to create strategies that promote student engagement. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current New York State license. Experience working with children or young adults is preferred, along with a familiarity or interest in the DIRFloortime® approach. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
