Mortgage Sales Recruiter

RenoFi is seeking a Mortgage Sales Recruiter to join their remote team in a fast-paced startup environment. The primary responsibility of this role involves managing the entire recruitment process for Senior Loan Officers, who are expected to have a strong ability to self-source leads. Daily tasks include engaging with the sales leadership to understand market needs, building relationships with hiring managers, and guiding candidates through the recruitment stages from outreach to offer acceptance. The recruiter will also be responsible for drafting job postings, maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), and providing feedback to candidates to ensure data integrity. Candidates should have significant experience in recruiting for loan officer and sales positions, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Google Suite and ATS platforms is required. The role is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable to feedback, and able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining professionalism. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
