Research Engineer

Resolution is hiring a Research Engineer to support work on alignment for artificial superintelligence from a remote, full-time position. The role sits either in research automation, where you would build tools and infrastructure to help scale research with AI assistants and small human teams, or inside a specific research program, where you would help run experiments and turn theoretical ideas into practical tools. The job suits people who want to work closely with researchers on both technical infrastructure and research work, and who are interested in areas such as scalable oversight, complexity theory, learning theory, personas, or related future programs.
