Sales Supervisor, On-Premise

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for their Oklahoma City location. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of sales personnel, ensuring they meet sales goals related to displays, shelf positioning, and pricing. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives and assist account managers in setting and tracking performance metrics. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, including some leadership experience, or a High School Diploma with extensive experience and leadership background. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required, along with the ability to lift weights ranging from 25 to 175 lbs.
