Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) | Region Süd-West

This position involves acting as the primary commercial contact for the management teams of approximately fifteen craft businesses located in Baden-Württemberg and Hesse. You will analyze financial metrics and reports to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations to these leaders. The role requires you to support the development of standardized reporting and controlling frameworks across the region. You will also assist with budget planning, forecasting, and monthly closings in accordance with German commercial law. Additionally, you will help optimize existing financial processes and support the integration of new companies into the group. The employer is a major player in technical building services, employing over 2,200 people and generating annual revenue exceeding 570 million euros. Candidates should hold a degree in finance, controlling, or business administration, or possess comparable qualifications. Substantial professional experience in controlling, accounting, auditing, or corporate consulting is required, particularly in transaction services or due diligence.
