People Operations Generalist

Salient Motion is hiring its first dedicated People Operations Generalist in Hawthorne, CA, with some presence also in Torrance and flexibility around onsite work. The role focuses on building and running core people processes such as onboarding, HR systems administration, payroll and benefits support, compliance, and coordination with outside counsel on visa and immigration matters. It also supports recruiting operations and helps manage the employee experience from hiring through early tenure.
