Business Systems Analyst (Client Data & Operations)

Salmon Group Ltd is seeking a Business Systems Analyst focused on client data and operations, based in Yerevan, Armenia. This remote role requires collaboration during core hours of 12:00–6:00 PM Manila Time. The analyst will be responsible for enhancing client data quality by streamlining verification and update processes, ultimately reducing manual tasks and improving operational metrics. Daily tasks include analyzing and optimizing business processes, developing an internal Creatio module for the Operations team, and identifying areas for automation. Proficiency in SQL is necessary for tracking and analyzing operational metrics such as processing speed and verification status. The position involves close collaboration with various teams, including Operations, Compliance, and Engineering.
