Sales Representative (m/w/d) Quereinstieg - Glarus

This full-time position based in Glarus, Switzerland, involves managing regional growth for Salonkee, a leading provider of salon software in Europe. Your daily tasks include proactively contacting salon owners through phone calls, in-person visits, and social media outreach to identify their specific needs. You will demonstrate how the platform simplifies daily operations by conducting product demos and managing your entire sales pipeline from initial contact to final agreement. The role requires you to plan your week independently while working toward clear targets with the support of a dedicated manager. The job does not mandate prior B2B sales experience, making it suitable for career changers from hospitality, beauty, retail, fitness, or event sectors who have strong customer-facing backgrounds. Candidates should be outgoing, capable of inspiring interest, and resilient enough to handle rejection positively. A structured approach to work and proficiency with digital tools are also essential. You must possess native or near-native German skills along with good English proficiency. A valid Class B driver’s license is required, as the role involves traveling within your assigned region. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who are eager to learn sales fundamentals from scratch and build a professional network in the Glarus area.
