The company is looking for a Director of Product Management and IT Operations to oversee the strategic direction and execution of its proprietary software platform. In this role, the individual will collaborate with the global product manager to define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include leading the product development lifecycle, gathering user feedback, and working closely with an offshore development team. The position also requires providing technical oversight and ensuring compliance with security standards such as SOC 2 and HIPAA. Strong communication skills are essential for managing relationships with various stakeholders.
