In-House Paralegal

Job Title - Inhouse Paralegal Job Type - Permanent Location - Ellesmere Port Hours - 35 per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Industry - Legal Services As a member of the Legal Team you’ll assist in the provision of first line legal advice, support and training to all internal businesses and functions, offering a practical and informed interpretation of the laws affecting the Company in response to routine and non-routine matters. Key Accountabilities: Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts Assist in property management Assist in the management of litigation matters affecting the Company and co-ordinate improvements to systems and procedures needed as a result of successful claims Assist with acquisitions/disposals Assist in the provision of Company Secretarial services to the Company and its UK affiliates Assist, where required, in employment law issues affecting the Company The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has has already gained experience working in commercial law either in-house or within private practice - drafting/negotiating commercial contracts, managing litigation and commercial property and have an understanding of IPRs and data protection.
