Reporting(Direct Line)：Taiwan Finance Director Why join us ◆ Opportunity to lead Finance AI project in a global TIC company ◆ Exposure to multi-business models in H&N, C&P, I&E, NR, BA divisions ◆ Drive Finance Transformation and Process Optimization Initiatives ◆ Build AI-driven finance capabilities Primary responsibilities, include but not limited to 【Finance Operation】 ◆ Lead accounting and process team ◆ The accuracy and timely of the close reporting and analysis in accordance with policies ◆ Ensure internal controls and compliance are in place 【AI & Process Automation】 ◆ Identify opportunities to automate finance processes ◆ Greater leverage of AI / workflow/ RPA tools etc. ◆ Act as bridge between Finance and IT/digital teams 【Finance Transformation】 ◆ Drive process standardization and optimization ◆ Participate in finance digitalization roadmap ◆ Reduce manual workload Lead or support Projects, including but not limited to: finance system implementation, new business model execution, legal structure change, business spin-off, integration post-acquisition etc. Profile： ◆ Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Data Analytics ◆ 8+ years in Controlling / Finance analytics/ Consulting ◆ Experience in using GAI/ Copilot, RPA, automation tools in finance ◆ Experience in Finance transformation, Process Optimization and Project Management ◆ Experience working with ERP (SAP / Oracle) ◆ Strong Excel/ Power BI / Data visualization ◆ Good English writing and verbal capability/ TOEIC 750+ ◆ Able to coordinate and motivate self and demonstrate an ability to transform and upgrade team Nice-to-have： ◆ Python experience ◆ CPA License ◆ Experience in big 4 CPA firm ◆ Experience in International Company with multi-cultural environments Required skills： ◆ Finance AI skills ◆ Project Management skills ◆ Able to motivate a team toward a common goal ◆ Mastery of computerized financial information, accounting and reporting systems ◆ Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills ◆ Agile for manager’s ad-hoc or urgent requests, and acts quickly, decisively and works well under pressure Job competency： ◆ Proactive mindset and continuous learning (especially AI tools) ◆ Strong communication & cross-functional collaboration ◆ Analytical and detailed minded ◆ Teamwork oriented ◆ Personal ethic and integrity
