Admixture Systems Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE: Marketing and Sales company products to achieve organization targets. MAIN TASKS – DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Searching for new clients who could benefit from SIKA - Jordan products and maximizing client potential in a designated region. Visit potential clients. Maintaining existing relationships with customers. Regular visits to Consultants. Preparing daily, weekly plan, and Daily Report. Attending Monthly Sales Meeting. Providing pre-sales technical assistance, Support and product education. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs. Providing customers/potential customers with required Samples, by contacting Technical Dept. through Logistics Dept. Negotiating payment terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Payments collection from customers. Coordinate with customers and Logistics Dept. to arrange product Delivery (Place & Date). Offering after-sales support services. Collecting customer feedback. Maintain necessary data and records for future reference. To convey customer requirements to Management. In addition to the above, focusing on Construction System market is required. Any additional task requested from the immediate supervisor and/or senior management, to increase the organization overall performance. Relating to EHS responsibility, He has to be an example to all employees. Monitor competitor activities, market pricing trends, and report key findings to management on a regular basis. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs as agreed with the General Sales Manager.
