We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Process Expert specialised in SAP OTC stream to join or regional EMEA Business Process Team. In this role you will cover the following responsibilities:
Independent management, process design and implementation of business requirements and IT solutions in various international projects
SAP S/4 HANA roll-outs and integrations of Sika companies and acquisitions in the EMEA region
Collaboration on SAP OTC template design and roll-out programme
Process reviews and adjustments as part of the transformation process from S/4 compatibility mode to S/4 standard
Active support during the design and implementation phase of new processes and system changes
Processing enquiries from the SAP process managers of the Sika companies, error analyses and coordination of corrective measures
Active participation in the digital transformation of company processes
Creating user documentation, process descriptions and analyses of change requests
Close cooperation with the process managers of the specialist departments in the Sika companies and central IT
Governance role in compliance with our template specifications for future S/4HANA rollouts
A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Minimum 7 years of experience in OTC domain with at least 4 years in OTC Process Architecture & Design
Proven functional SAP S/4 HANA expertise
Excellent understanding of the corporate value chain and end-to-end processes in an industrial environment with a focus on sales processes (OTC)
Flexibility to familiarise yourself quickly with new issues, an independent way of working and enjoy developing innovative and future-oriented solutions together
Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and strong team orientation to solve complex customer enquiries
Very good communication skills in English
Willingness to travel in EMEA region (20 - 30%)
Preferred
SAP certifications or equivalent
