Deputy Manager -Technical Services

Demonstrate suitable construction products for customers, proactive sampling, speedy complaint resolution, maintaining RCA & Product Application training for customers, maintain customer activity calendar. Roles & Responsibilities : Product demonstration at new & existing customers leading to sales growth Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results. Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints. Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site. Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site. Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance Periodic Engage with Sika authorized applicator base Technical Product presentation at customer site/ office We offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
