Sika is looking for an experienced Research Technician to join our team.
Assist DOE, DFMEA to facilitate transfer of new products into production
Assist in Pilot runs
Work on assigned projects independently
Understand equipment manual and is able to use equipment to its capabilities
Evaluate and recommend equipment required for project work
Independent customer specification testing
Support product maintenance lab work
Write technical reports independently
Leads IATF 16949 calibration and documentation
High School Diploma and 7+ years’ experience in thermoplastics, thermosets in automotive OEM market or College degree in General Sciences
Good oral communication and writing skills
Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point or equivalent
