Group HR Generalist 40-60% (M/W/D)

Six Sigma Tools is looking for a Group HR Generalist to handle HR support for around 60 employees across the DACH region from its Weil am Rhein site. The role covers day-to-day HR administration across the full employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, and includes being the first point of contact for staff and managers on HR matters. It also involves preparing employment contracts, contract updates, references, and other HR documents, maintaining personnel records, coordinating with external payroll, insurance, and specialist partners, and producing HR reports. In addition, the role supports internal employee events and contributes to HR projects aimed at improving processes through digitalisation and automation. The advert asks for several years of HR experience and solid knowledge of personnel administration, along with good understanding of German employment and social security law; experience with Switzerland or Austria is an advantage. Strong German is required, and good English and French are preferred. Confident use of MS Office and an interest in digital ways of working are also named. The position is based in Weil am Rhein and offers flexible working hours and the possibility of home office. It appears suited to someone who works independently, in a structured and reliable way, and values discretion and service.
