Projektentwickler (m/w/d)

This full-time position in Cologne involves leading complex real estate and district development projects from initial concept through to final handover. The role requires assessing land potential and creating viable usage concepts while coordinating a wide range of stakeholders, including planning offices, engineers, authorities, investors, and construction firms. You will manage project controls to ensure adherence to cost, schedule, and quality targets, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities to guide decision-making. Candidates must hold a degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, real estate economics, or a related field. Several years of experience in project development, construction management, or steering demanding real estate projects are required. The job demands solid knowledge of relevant regulations such as HOAI and VOB, with AHO and VgV being advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for interacting confidently with various parties.
