This position involves the independent management of complex high-rise construction projects, covering the entire lifecycle from initial site setup to final handover. The role requires coordinating subcontractors and various trade partners while ensuring that schedule, quality, and cost targets are consistently met. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, specialist planners, and authorities throughout the construction phase.
