Senior Bauleiter (m/w/d) Ingenieurbau

This position involves independently managing complex civil engineering projects from initial preparation through to final completion. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams while ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality targets. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, planning offices, and other stakeholders throughout the construction phase. Additionally, the job entails handling change order management and maintaining complete site documentation. Candidates must hold a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience as a site manager in civil engineering are required. The role demands solid knowledge of VOB regulations, as well as expertise in construction contract and change order management. Strong leadership and organizational skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset, are essential. A self-reliant, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work is expected. The position is based in Munich, with projects located near the employee's residence to minimize travel. The working arrangement is full-time.
