BIM Manager - Short term (4 months contract)

- Multi-Disciplinary Standardization: Collaborate with Structural, Architectural, and MEP leads develop Revit Templates compliant with ISO 19650. - BIM Content Management: Establish and maintain Revit Family Libraries using international classification systems (eg: OmniClass, UniClass). - CAD Standards: Coordinate with other teamleads to set up AutoCAD Templates following AIA or ISO 13567 layering guidelines. - Client Liaison: Partner with international clients to refine and finalize all project templates and digital asset libraries - Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 3 years in a BIM Management or Lead Coordinator role. - Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Revit (All disciplines), and AutoCAD.
