BIM MODELER (Pointcloud) - 2026

- Convert point cloud data into CAD models/drawings using software like Revit, AutoCAD, or similar. - Collaborate with site teams to verify as-built conditions and integrate them into drawings. - Ensure integrity and quality of CAD models/drawings. - Maintain organized datasets and documentation for project records. - Coordination of modeling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues. - Degree in Civil Engineering (Road & Bridge is preferred). - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficient in drawing implementation using AutoCAD. - Good knowledge of English. - Experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage. - Work experience for international companies is an advantage. - Must have exceptional attention to detail. - Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. - Attractive salary and bonus with annual revision - Compulsory insurance pay as gross monthly salary - 42 hours per week (30 minutes early finish every Friday), flexible working hours options - 15 annual leave days (Women) & 13 annual leave days (Men) - increasing with length of service & seniority, 15 working from home days each year - Team-building activities, Sport Clubs - Cooperation with colleagues around the world in a leading global group - Strong team spirit in an entrepreneurial environment of a growing company - People values, social responsibility, and sustainability. - Opportunities for self-development and career advancement - Internal training courses (technical, foreign language, soft skill)
