About the Role
As a Kitchen Equipment Service Technician, you will provide technical support and maintenance services for commercial kitchen appliances and systems. You will work independently and as part of a broader maintenance team to deliver high-quality service outcomes in line with Sodexo’s safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, dishwashers, and associated appliances
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and gas-related faults efficiently and safely
Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety regulations and company procedures
Deliver high levels of customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
A current WA Electrical Licence
Gas servicing ticket
Full WA Driver's Licence
Australian Citizenship or unrestricted Australian working rights
Experience servicing and repairing commercial kitchen equipment (preferred)
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
The ability to work autonomously and manage service priorities effectively
A commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards
The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
A current National Police Clearance within 6 months.
