Account Manager

SoftConstruct is hiring an Account Manager in Yerevan to handle client relationships and support account growth in the online gaming and iGaming space. The role calls for at least a year of experience in account management or IT customer support, along with a background in business, marketing, IT, or a similar field. Candidates should be comfortable using CRM and project management tools, working with data, and preparing reports, as well as communicating and negotiating effectively. This job is suited to someone who is organized, confident, detail-focused, and able to work both independently and with a team. Turkish and English are required, and other languages are a plus.
