Compliance officer

SoftConstruct is seeking a Compliance Officer to join their team in Yerevan. The role involves conducting compliance assessments and risk evaluations, requiring a strong understanding of business processes, risks, and controls. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field, along with experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management. Proficiency in risk assessment and compliance processes is essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. The position demands strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with task management systems is beneficial, and knowledge of ethical hacking is considered an advantage. Compliance certifications such as CCEP, CRCM, or CAMS are also a plus.
