Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Deputy CTO)

SoftConstruct is looking for a Deputy Chief Technology Officer in Yerevan to support the CTO and help guide the company’s technology direction. The role involves leading technology execution across engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, monitoring, operations, architecture, AI and product, while helping keep systems dependable and able to grow. It also includes operational oversight, technical leadership and people management, with the possibility of stepping in for the CTO when needed. This position suits someone with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills who can coordinate across teams and help improve how technology is delivered.
