Director of AI Data Center Operations

SoftConstruct LLC is looking for a Director of AI Data Center Operations to manage a 5MW high-density compute environment focused on Enterprise AI workloads. This role involves overseeing the physical deployment, thermal management, and operational efficiency of liquid-cooled GPU clusters. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between physical colocation partners and internal AI Platform Engineering teams, ensuring optimal hardware performance and effective power delivery. The position requires an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in advanced multi-node HPC clustering and high-throughput inference. The role is part of a significant AI infrastructure project with an investment exceeding USD 100 million, making it a key initiative in the region. The job is full-time and based in Yerevan.
