Payments Business Development Executive

SoftConstruct is seeking a Payments Business Development Executive to join their team in Yerevan. The role involves engaging with external financial service providers and managing partnerships, focusing on commercial negotiations and vendor management. Candidates should have experience in payments, fintech, or related fields, particularly within iGaming or regulated digital commerce environments. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Information Technology is preferred. The position requires a solid understanding of online payment systems, including payment service providers, acquiring banks, and transaction processes. Familiarity with key performance indicators related to payments, as well as compliance aspects like AML and KYC, is essential. Strong analytical skills are necessary to interpret market and payment data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in English and Armenian is required, with additional language skills considered a plus. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
