We are looking for a Security Team Leader who understands that great security is not about presence alone, but about discretion, awareness, and calm authority. You will lead our security team in ensuring that our House remains a space where members and guests feel completely at ease, protected, and welcomed at all times. This role requires someone who can balance vigilance with warmth, structure with intuition, and authority with understated service. What You’ll Do - Lead and guide the security team across daily operations and shifts, setting the standard for professionalism and discretion - Ensure seamless access control for members, guests, visitors, and vendors, in line with House standards - Maintain a constant, unobtrusive awareness of the environment to ensure safety without disrupting the member experience - Oversee CCTV monitoring, patrol routines, and all security systems with precision and responsibility - Act as the calm first responder in any incident, emergency, or sensitive situation, ensuring swift and composed resolution - Prepare clear, accurate incident and shift reports, maintaining complete confidentiality at all times - Work closely with Front of House and Operations teams to ensure smooth coordination during peak periods and events - Support training and development of the security team, fostering a culture of attentiveness, respect, and service mindset - Liaise with external authorities when required, representing the House with professionalism and discretion What We’re Looking For - Prior experience in security supervision, ideally within luxury hospitality, premium clubs, or high-end environments - A calm, composed presence with the ability to manage situations with discretion and authority - Strong observational skills and instinctive awareness of people and environment - A natural leader who leads by example rather than instruction - Excellent communication skills with a respectful and service-oriented approach - High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism - Ability to remain grounded and decisive in high-pressure situations Why Join Soho House This is more than a security role—it is a responsibility to protect the atmosphere of a space designed for creativity, connection, and comfort.
